Dufferin Coaching Inn celebrates McKennas Guide recognition
Dufferin Coaching Inn is delighted to have been included yet again this year in the prestigious McKennas Guide of 100 Best Places to Stay in Ireland!
The esteemed McKennas Guide is an elite collection of Ireland’s greatest hospitality establishments. Collated by John and Sally McKenna, the exclusive list curates the best places to stay on the island and only includes houses which demonstrate authentic Irish hospitality.
With only 5 five-stars in the 100 listed, the Guide prioritises the personal touch of hosts and how they make guests feel welcome, personally cook delicious Irish breakfasts, and generously share their knowledge about the surrounding area to enhance their travelling experience.
Only five accommodations within Northern Ireland made the cut and the Dufferin Coaching Inn is thrilled to be included, especially as owner and operator of the premises, Leontine Haines, prides herself on creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for visitors. “Guesthouses and hotels are blind-tested for the McKennas Guide, so I was totally unaware when I was being judged this year,” said Leontine Haines, Dufferin’s Owner. “Locations are blind-judged to ensure that proprietors are maintaining a high level of service for all guests, and I am delighted to have made the list yet again for 2016!”
This is the second time Dufferin Coaching Inn has been included in the register and this reappearance is testament to our commitment to making B&B guests feel right at home.
